 INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED ALL-SKILLS CAMP

The Intermediate-Advanced All-Skills Camp is designed for female athletes with at least an intermediate level volleyball experience. Sessions are dedicated to individual skill instruction, positional training, and team competition. Each camper will also participate in 3 off-court sessions, including an introduction to the collegiate weight room/agility training, small group leadership training from a biblical perspective, and a Q&A session on becoming an exceptional student-athlete. Athletes will be placed into groups according to experience and skill level in order to insure the most improvement, challenge, and fun during the camp experience. Residential campers will be staying on-campus in our dorm style housing as well as eating at our brand new cafeteria!

Along with the indoor skills sessions, we will incorporate an introductory session to beach volleyball with collegiate beach volleyball player and coach from St. Petersburg, FL Megan Caraballo.
